At Pure Alchemy Clinic, we are committed to delivering your luxury skincare essentials with care and efficiency. As a drop shipping business, all orders are processed directly through our trusted suppliers.

 

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. - Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times range from 5–15 business days, depending on your location and supplier availability.

 

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. 

 

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. - Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and our drop shipping model, we maintain a selective return policy to ensure product quality and safety. 

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

Return Window: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. - Condition of Items: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Proof Required: Please provide clear photos of the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item) to support your claim.

Refunds: Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare and beauty products. Order Changes & Cancellations Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
